My aim is to coach the woman on the inside – allowing you the space to get truly honest with yourself; I want to help you hit the pause button, get more clarity in your life, move forward with purpose – and feel really good about it.

After many years as a teacher and as a coach, I am a highly intuitive listener; I will ask you the right questions at the right time and help you cut through the noise so that what you truly want is crystal clear.

  • During this complimentary call, let’s discuss what’s brought you here and how we can work together. It gives us the opportunity to have a meet and greet and I can answer any questions you may have.

  • This is your opportunity to experience working with me. If it feels like the right fit and you take value from it, we can discuss moving forward with further sessions.

  • This session is an initial opening to coaching, where we get really clear on where you are. Also ideal for monthly or quarterly ‘check ins’ to help you maintain focus, clarity and direction.

    PRICE: £120

  • With this package you can expect to gain real clarity on where you’re at, where you want to be and know how you can get there. Ideally sessions run every week/ fortnight but can be flexible to fit around your schedule and timeline.

    PRICE £270

  • This package signifies a commitment from you and gives us scope to go that bit deeper and explore in depth. You can expect significant shifts and a renewed sense of perspective, energy and to feel more aligned.
